Business Development Manager (Europe)

Neuro Event Labs is looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts across Europe. You will be responsible for identifying high-value targets such as neurologists, epilepsy centers, hospitals, and private clinics, and turning them into long-term, revenue-generating accounts.

This is not a sales support role — you will be our boots on the ground, building relationships, driving deals, and helping us establish a strong commercial footprint. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry, resourceful, and fearless — someone who thrives on opening new doors and closing deals. This is a high-impact, hands-on sales role with significant upside and a clear path to advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, epilepsy centers, and private neurology practices.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demoing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, clinical workflows, and customer pain points to effectively position our solution.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to develop targeted strategies and refined sales messaging.
  • Represent the company at key events, conferences, and customer meetings across Europe.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline, with clear forecasting and reporting.

As you succeed in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position, continuing to sell while also mentoring others and shaping our go-to-market strategy as we scale. We’re looking for someone who wants to build and eventually lead a high-performing sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in healthtech, medtech, digital health, or pharma.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new accounts — this is critical.
  • Solid understanding of hospital procurement, healthcare sales cycles, and regulatory/sensitivity considerations in a clinical environment.
  • Comfort engaging with clinical stakeholders: neurologists, epilepsy specialists, neurophysiologists.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across European regions.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience selling AI tools, digital diagnostics, or clinical decision support systems.
  • Familiarity with neurology, epilepsy, or neurophysiology.
  • Experience selling to public hospitals and procurement teams in different European markets.
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience — comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads to come to them — you know how to find the right people and get in the door.
  • Motivated by impact and ownership, not just a salary.
  • Deeply committed to understanding the customer and solving their problems.
  • Able to work independently and report results with clarity and transparency.

We Promise

  • A high-impact, high-autonomy commercial role in a fast-growing medtech company.
  • Meaningful work every minute of the day.
  • A caring team that believes in honest feedback.
  • Shared enthusiasm about a state of the art, innovative product.
  • Plenty of opportunities to learn.

This is a full-time position. We offer a competitive base salary with performance-based commissions or bonus. We value expertise, enthusiasm, and true commitment above all; the rest is negotiable.
